Due to hygiene concerns, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or if you wish to request a different style or size. We encourage you to carefully review your order before making a purchase.

Damages and Issues

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be unused, with all included tool kit items.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition.
Please note, we do not accept items returned to us without prior approval.

Delivery Options
All Nailtion online orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We currently offer standard delivery only, which is free for all orders over R599, subject to change without notice.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
We only accept payments from cards enrolled in 3D Secure for your protection.

Product Care

Press-On Nails

Preparation: Before applying, ensure your natural nails are clean and dry. Use an alcohol wipe to remove any oils or residues.
Application: Apply a small amount of glue or use adhesive tabs for a strong hold. Press and hold for 10-15 seconds.
Removal: Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes to loosen the adhesive. Gently lift the edges to remove the nails without damaging your natural nails.
Storage: Store your press-on nails in their original packaging to keep them clean and protected. Avoid exposing them to extreme heat or direct sunlight.

False Eyelashes

Cleaning: After each use, gently remove any glue residue from the lash band with tweezers. Avoid pulling on the lashes themselves.
Storage: Store your lashes in their original case to maintain their shape and protect them from dust and debris.
Reusability: With proper care, your lashes can be reused multiple times. Handle them delicately to extend their lifespan.
Avoid Contact with Water: Keep your lashes dry, as water can damage the lash band and reduce their durability.
General Tips

Avoid Harsh Chemicals:Keep your nails and lashes away from harsh chemicals or cleaning agents that could weaken the adhesive or damage the product.
Gentle Handling: Handle your press-on nails and false eyelashes with care, especially when removing or storing them, to avoid bending or losing their shape.
Regular Maintenance: Clean your products after each use and store them properly to ensure they stay in good condition for future use.
